Ethics in Using AI

Tuesday May 21 (12:00 – 13:30 CET)

The aim of the event is to invite professionals in education and training to engage with the ethical dimensions of digitalisation – with a special focus on AI. By focusing on the end-user perspective, it encourages a practical examination of ethical dilemmas that arise in real-world scenarios across various domains.

The session “ethics in using AI” is not limited to “education only” but can include the use of everyday applications such as “smart homes”, recommender algorithms and gig-platforms. The session aims to give food for thought and practical thinking tools. It contains short participatory online polls so that participants can share thoughts among themselves.
